At First Hotel Plaza we offer you as a conference guest exceptional meeting rooms. The hotel has a great location in the center of Västerås. We arrange meetings for both larger and smaller groups we tailor the conference accordingly to your wishes and requirements. You are handled by competent and dedicated staff whom will do everything in order for you to have a successful conference.
The largest of our six conference rooms has a seating capacity of 40 participants. In addition we offer three breakout rooms. Larger conferences of up to 1000 seated participants can be hosted in association with the nearby Aros Congress Centre.
Our audiovisual equipment includes overhead projectors, whiteboard, TVs, video DVD, PC projectors and flip-boards.
Our conference package includes complimentary internet access, fruits and water.
